Arrival is possible from 3.30 pm, we ask you to vacate the room by 8.30 am on the day of departure.
Deposit
A deposit of 50% must be paid when booking, so that the apartment is firmly booked. The remaining amount must be paid in cash on site. If the deposit is not paid within 14 days of booking, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Children
We are happy to provide you with a crib on request, and there is a small playground in our garden. Please note that use of the playground is at your own risk.
Pets
Please note that pets are not allowed!
Cancellations
1 month to 3 weeks before arrival we keep 50% of the total amount
If canceled 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival, we charge 80% of the total amount
1 day before arrival or no-show/early departure we charge the total amount
